FOOD CHOICES IN THE GARDENS will include coffee (drip regular, decaf and tea from Online Coffee Company), and ice cream choices from Cream of the Crop. Organic luncheon choices will be offered from Island Health Foods .

SAVE TIME AND ORDER YOUR LUNCH IN ADVANCE. Visit www.islandhealthfoods.com. to place pre-paid order. Island Health Foods will also offer ala-carte items to be purchased at luncheon site.

Luncheon site will offer a tent with tables/chairs and will be located in Battle Point Park within walking distance of one of the gardens. Featured speakers will be present at luncheon site each day at 1pm to give their talk. See FEATURES/lectures for more information.

Garden salad - organic greens topped with fresh broccoli, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and garbanzo beans. Choice of balsamic vinaigrette, ranch or Asian style dressing with a whole grain roll  $7.50

Grilled Chicken Wrap - Italian style grilled veggies, crisp romaine and zesty olive oil sauce all wrapped in a sprouted grain tortilla, served with a side of crisp julienne veggies. $7.50
 
Hummus Wrap - This vegetarian delight includes homemade hummus, seasoned cabbage fresh tomatoes and wild greens wrapped in a sprouted grain tortilla, served with a side of crisp julienne veggies. $7.00
 
Thai Summer Rolls -  Cilantro, mint, basil, 5-spice carrots, shredded cabbage and red bell peppers all wrapped in a rice paper and served with a coconut, ginger chili sauce. $6.00
