Noxious Weeds - Taming the Monsters in Our Beds

Baffled by broom? Bewildered by blackberries? With a little diligence and a few good tools, you too can rid your garden beds of these and other invasive green monsters. The Bainbridge Island Weed Warriors, in conjunction with the Kitsap County Noxious Weed Coordinator and Weed Advisory Board, will answer your thorny questions, provide informative handouts on all kinds of rampant intruders, and demonstrate how the students, parents and staff at Voyager Montessori rid a large area of the broom and blackberries that once thrived on the school grounds.
