Dog Friends in the Garden
Cheryl Smith will talk about her new book, Dog Friendly Gardens: Garden Friendly Dogs, and describe designs for gardens where you and your canine friends can co-exist happily. Then her very well-behaved dogs will join her for a demonstration of training tips.

Terri Stanley & Terry Moyemont of Mesogeo Nursery will talk about Mediterranean and tropical plants that will grow successfully in Pacific Northwest gardens. During their recent travels in Greece and North Africa, they visited more than 50 garden owners and nurseries to collect information for a forthcoming book.

Micheal Moshier, landscape designer, botanical illustrator of Lewisias by B. LeRoy Davidson, and contributor to the new book, Rock Garden Design and Construction, will discuss plants, soils and designs for rock gardens. Ben Cooper, manager of Northwest Rock will show designs for rockeries, ponds and waterfalls.
